EKAZENT
EKAZENT Center Management is responsible for the overall coordination and ongoing management of shopping centers. The focus is on the development of action plans to increase frequency, as well as the analysis of optimisation measures to increase turnover and raise the occupancy rate. We also see our task in the ongoing evaluation of tenants with regard to standard, product range, service, equipment and appearance, in order to be able to implement the right retail management measures on this basis. In doing so, we are always in close contact with the Asset Management team.
